Bain Mazza Mediation was formed by Katie Bain and Laura Mazza after nearly two decades working together as litigators and helping their clients through the mediation process. Katie and Laura have successfully resolved well over a hundred cases at mediation, and are now offering their services as mediators. They have received specialized training as mediators through UC Davis, and bring their many years of experience as litigators to their mediation practice. Although their litigation practice is plaintiff-focused, they have prior experience representing employers which allows them to consider both sides of disputes from a neutral perspective.
